"Digital Super Hybrid System" has built-in hotel
features that allow the staff to handle guest services.When
activated from the front desk, telephones are activated
for guest use at check-in-time, and automatically cut
off at check-out time. Wake-up call is also available.
A detailed billing report relating to guest room status

Alarm
Accurate morning alarms & reminders are a vital service
that guests expect from a quality hotel. These take up
a major portion of the reception time. The Panasonic Telephone
System, EPABX offers you a remote alarm setting for each
extension from the reception itself. These can be set
immediately when the request is made.Thereby eliminating
the need to remember or communicate between different
shifts. If the guest is a sound-sleeper or does not respond
to his alarm, after the programmed nos of rings, the operator
will recieve a buzz indicating no response therefore need
for manual intervention.
When
the guest lifts the phone to respond to his alarm, he shall
receive a voice greeting. eg. This is your morning alarm
from Hotel Sayaji.
